Cultivating real intelligence by combining reflections and community learning through a book club format
Our mission
About Thinkers and Performers
Our mission is to increase critical thinking, cognitive skills and integrity in the society.
Thinkers and Performers is an education venture aimed at helping people live a conscious life by increasing their understanding of the world.
We do this through book reflections and experience sharing in a small intellectual setting.
Our book club is multidisciplinary at heart with the discussion topics spanning art, science and business.
Benefits
What to expect after joining the Thinkers and Performers workshop
1 / Better understanding of the world
As a society we still take a lot of concepts about the world for granted. Worse still, we forget some of the basic knowledge about food, values, information and customs due to ever faster changing norms. By reading and discussing classics and research-based books, you will grow your critical thinking skills, evaluate world to live more consciously and get inspired to seek new experiences.
2 / Staying sharp in the age of AI
AI is the biggest technological opportunity of the modern times, however, if abused, it has negative impact on human cognition. By participating in Thinkers and Performers events, you will maintain your reasoning and creativity skills in the age of AI. Additionally, we plan to have dedicated modules to discuss and learn how to leverage technology to our advantage instead of being dependant on it.
3 / Joining community of critical-thinking people
Sadly, it is rare to find people who want to live their lives consciously, think critically, are self-aware and have their unique taste and sophistication. This may make world feel lonely and helpless. We strive to build community of people eager to shape reality, experience life and exchange ideas together.
How do Thinkers and Performers workshops work?
Themed debate
During each event, we have a themed debate around the book to challenge our thinking, seek inspiration and explore new ideas.
Community building
Each workshop has no more than 8 participants allowing you to get to know each other, bond, and build relationships during one evening.
Experiencing life
We want the sessions not only to be intellectual but also to include life experiences, hence we encourage wisdom sharing over a great dinner.

About the Founder - Aleksander Nitecki
Throughout my life I was inspired by the idea of a limitless human potential. Over time, I started noticing a big intellectual and cognitive void created by the modern education and career system.
I believe that in the age of technology and AI, it is important to take care of our brain health and develop critical thinking skills to effectively solve problems and live a conscious life.
As a true book worm, an individual who gradually expands his comfort zone and a big believer in a power of community, I want to provide an educational initiative for people to sharpen their minds and reflect on their lives together.
Hope this space will serve you well!
